hmm, don't have a rower, don't have enough weights to do SDLHP and don't have box to jump on...did 7rnds of 7 cleans (#50) and 7pull ups (jumping of course)

I liked this workout...much better pace for me than last night. I think the row got me warmed up and then could get on pace. J
