The first mile of the drive was great.Then I changed Twshps and at the rate I was going it would have taken 45-60 mins to get in. I decided to turn around. Didn't know who was coaching so I didn't know who to call. Sorry
After that past few heavy days (or heavy by my standard), it was somewhat nice to see a lighter day. Not that I dont enjoy the heavier weight, cause ive been loving it afterwards......
was a bit tired, so thrusters didnt have Fran like intensity, but still finished with a ok time of 6:04. I even touched the invisible wall on the situps for all you haters!
