Scraps still had fuel in the tank after 7 rds and owned the Front Squat! I'll let him tell you about it!

Thanks for the lead in Buss. Owned might be a bit of an over statement though. For me it was a solid showing though. I have trouble with alot of my heavy lifts cause at the core of most of them, you are squated with weight. I have never been able to front squat over 200 lbs and my back squat is barely much better. Today I decided to work some front squats and was able to get it up to 235 before I stopped. I didnt reach failure so I guess it could have gone higher. Doesnt seem like much weight, but it was a big hurdle for me =0) Now I have no excuse to get my butt under a bar with 200 pounds or more during lifts anymore..... I haate it when I loose the ability to use excuses.

As for the wod. Did it in 5:24 rx. Was able to string all the high pulls together, but slowed down a bit on the later dips.

Nice work Scrappy on both the Front Squat and todays WOD. That is a very good time.
