I agree...that was the worst park ride I have ever been on. No more Merry-Go-Rounds for me! Im really not sure which movement I hated more. I will be feeling this sat morn for our group sat. Time to go drink, cya all in the am.
Whew! I only did a workout after seeing your "good girl" comment above Tanya. I felt guilty :( Just finished the WOD... 2 rounds: -15 front squat 55# -Run up stairs -21 Pull ups (Eida ring) -Run down stairs -15 Wallballs 20# -9 deadlift 125# -15 push ups -21 push press 55# -200 meter run
Wow that stacks up against one of the hardest WODs I have ever done. Every time I looked around the room I saw people hunched over their knees trying to catch their air. Thank gosh it was not just me who felt like I couldn't breathe the entire time. Great push everyone. We all started at different spots and never caught the person in front of us.
