For Time:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
You can break up the movements however you want, just complete the reps before the run.

What a gorgeous morning for a wod with a run. Fantastic effort and display of mental strength in this morning's little Murph. Especially to all the first timers hitting Murph...great accomplishment today!
Dave, it was just a cruel first day wod and you did awesome! So nice to meet you, hope to see you again soon. Shawn, keep kipping man, it looked GREAT! Devin, can't wait til your back from SU and can be with us full time. Great work this week.
Ah what the hell let me keep going...Scrappy, seriously did you even break a sweat? You made that look simple! Hell of a time! To the girls...I love our Apex women! You 3 did outstanding, way to fight til the end...especially since I know how much you all love running! Oh and you guys looked GREAT on the bands!
Eida nice work today with the CFT. Great first time total of 450#. Can't wait for you to do that again in a few months :)
And to Keith, Mike and Josh...we did good at 6:30 (ok, more like 6:42) Felt much better this time around without the freezing rain. That final mile was brutal though at first I was thinking "just find someone" ok comes Josh flying right by me in my first 400... then I didn't see anyone for a while and then as I rounded the building there was Keith running up ahead and Mike running right at me. From that point on all it took was Felice saying "quick feet Tanya quick feet" and me saying to myself "catch Keith catch Keith" and I had the song that took me home in my head. If you are ever feeling like you have nothing left and all you want to do is collapse...try chanting this little ditty in your head "quick feet quick feet catch keith catch keith quick feet catch keith quick feet catch keith quick feet just try to see keith keep moving almost there!" (repeat as needed)

Your dead on though....it was a pretty awesome day for an awesome benchmark wod. Everyone did awesome and you guys all lead the way by setting some awesome times.

Thanks for all the help w/ the kipping pullup, especially Felice - during the 400m run, max pullup WoD - whatever he said got me over the hump.
P.S I saw Rob of Del Val in AC last night.
That workout looked ridiculous. I really felt sorry for you all at the gym. Tanya please note: the day you tell me I'm doing Murph is the day I turn and run away (and I don't mean the first mile of the WOD either).
