Boy do I HATE handstand pushups UHHHHH!!!! (that was kind of like Scrappy's earlier GRRRRR!) Thanks Mike and Keith for the coaching tips to get me back doing muscle ups again...I needed that after the hspu disappointment. I need you guys as my trainers :)

Ha! You know I'd be in but I'm already ditching friends tonight so I can WOD tomorrow (Biggest Loser contest is getting brutal). I have to head to NJ as soon as we finish :( Otherwise, I'd be cuttin' somebody!
