Just watched some video footage of the Great Basin Qualifiers, Chris Spealler doing Snatches and Sandbag carries. I can say I am starting to get a bit nervous. My fingers are quivering as I type.

Just did 300. Missed my PR by 3 sec. Finished 11:58. Still happy with the time.

The mental preparation begins. Less than 1 week out. Everyone have a nice Sunday afternoon.
