Just watched some video footage of the Great Basin Qualifiers, Chris Spealler doing Snatches and Sandbag carries. I can say I am starting to get a bit nervous. My fingers are quivering as I type.
Just did 300. Missed my PR by 3 sec. Finished 11:58. Still happy with the time.
The mental preparation begins. Less than 1 week out. Everyone have a nice Sunday afternoon.

Does carrying heavy luggage on planes and trains and thangs count as a WOD?
WOD: 4 min tabatas 1. Air squats-15,15,14,14,14,12,12,12=108 2. Glute ham raise-7,7,6,6,6,6,6,6=50 3. Pullups-12,10,10,10,10,10,10,10=82 4. Lying hip swings-10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10=80 Total:320
