4-5-09 Rest Day

Could this be the first grass cutting day? If so get that push mower out.

Zach and Jodies workout for Sunday 1 mile run(warmup)
5 rounds of:
60 single jump ropes,
10 pushups,
60 single jump ropes,
10 situps
and finish up (cool down)with 1 mile run.
Jodie's time for 5 rounds was 7:51
Zach's time for 5 rounds was 11:25

Wow....those Millers are pretty hardcore. Thier workout still pales in comparison to mine....which was pretty intense! It included digesting tons of pancakes from Zoto's with the kids and then they forced me to stop and Dunkin Donuts on the way home for a quick dozen. It was tough mentally, but I managed to add a couple of the donuts to the pancake mix. then proceeded to add all sorts of goodies I could find in the house. The amount of calories I burned digesting all that was a pretty large number! cya all in the a.m.
