It was a Cold & Snowy April Morning, only to be Heated Up by "Angie"......the WOD, not Nice! Once the Crew saw the board, the normal rumbles and groans echoed in the Box, with the exception of Mrs. Miller. But once the Crew heard "Go" it was all business! Molly busted out pull-ups and push-ups like a marine! Not to mention completing 100 A.Sq in 3 minutes. Awesome WORK!
Don't forget about our favorite little wonder Pup- Scrappy, He actually is a Marine, but once he hit the Pull-Up Bar he turned into Bizaro-Marine and ripped out 100 pull-ups in 3:06 and just missed his PR by 1 sec- 13:06!! Great Hustle!

Dave the first time on any WOD is a PR. I promise you the next time Angie comes around you will have another PR.
My time today was 24:39 using the green bands for pull ups

Man I had a crappy WOD tonight. I felt like total @#$%! My back was killing me about half way through.

We used our rope climb mixed with heavy cleans. It was a repeat from months back.

Definitely one of my worst performances. The only plus is that I finished it.

Hopefully I can pick back up tomorrow and leave that workout behind. See ya'll tomorrow.

Did a different WOD on the 4/8 so i decided to try Angie today. What a ridiculous workout!
I wrote down the time that i finished each workout and my final time at the end

100 pull ups; 5:30
100 push ups; 13:48
100 sit ups; 18:58
100 air squats; 22:19
