200m run
as many as possible - Deadlifts (225/185)
*score total # of DL's each round- Overall score will be total DL's from all 4 rounds

Following each round take a full rest or approx. 3 mintutes

Working on your weakness is never a fun thing. You have to embrace the fact that you are not as good with one skill as you are with another. But you can't prop up your ego with your strengths while you ignore a weakness that is holding you back.

So, today I did Angie. This particular WOD puts a big spot light right on my weakest skills. Fun? NO! Important? YES!

Now that I have a little confidence back in my heavier deadlifts, I'll have to try this one some time. Today Was 4 rounds 400 M run, 25 Ring dips, 25 kte. 24:??

Taking on this WOD shortly. Looks like around 80 reps is the mark to beat.

4 C2B pull ups
1 deadlift 185lb
7 push ups
9 burpees

Good job cappi. Deff a respectable time. Those burpees right after push ups suck didn't they?

Well this WOD wasn't too bad. Took it on Rx'd. Felt kinda sluggish today due to my diet. Came in off the run every single round at 1:02. Rounds went 15/15/16/13 so 59 total. Last round just killed me. Wanted to get 60 in a bad way, oh well. Time to rest and watch some hockey.
