couldnt make my WOD work at the Y so went for my max front squat and got to 155#
then made up a midnight WOD just to do something for the day

21 parallette push ups
15 parallette pike push ups
9 kip pull ups
Time 11:28

and are 95# thrusters really a sub for 20# wall ball? that seems like punishment for not owning a med ball because thats just insane.

I think the 45# bar is the replacement for the wall ball.
