Skill work:

Max Reps Muscle-Ups 3 attempts. If you don't have muscle-ups yet, you can work on skill development.


WOD:

4 rounds 800m run with a full recovery (about 2 minutes between efforts).

Record each run for time.

Awesome job this morning Lori, Karen and TJ. It was hot and no one wanted to run, but they kept a solid pace through all 4 800m sprint. We did some muscle-up work and I'm proud to say that TJ has now joined the Muscle-up club! Great Work!

Attempted to do the Bear as perscribed tonight.

on the min for 20 mins of:
3 power cleans 95#
3 front squats
3 thrusters

couldnt keep with the on the minute after a while so did AMRAP 20 mins part way through it.

10 rounds as RX'd.

my lower back is completely done from the deads yesterday and this just guaranteed a rest day for me tomorrow.
