Awesome job this morning Lori, Karen and TJ. It was hot and no one wanted to run, but they kept a solid pace through all 4 800m sprint. We did some muscle-up work and I'm proud to say that TJ has now joined the Muscle-up club! Great Work!

Attempted to do the Bear as perscribed tonight.on the min for 20 mins of:3 power cleans 95#3 front squats3 thrusterscouldnt keep with the on the minute after a while so did AMRAP 20 mins part way through it.10 rounds as RX'd.my lower back is completely done from the deads yesterday and this just guaranteed a rest day for me tomorrow.
Yeah Eida. I'll have that up. Camera issues.
