Been missing APEX like crazyy!! with work and school and other stuff its been so hard to make it to APEX and even fit in workouts at all! Did the main page WOD at the Y before i went to work after school.
Nice...just looked through the archives and found Helen, I did it back in June, 16:26 w/Black Band... 1 minute and 12 second improvement with the Blue Band...gotta love CF :)

Nope, just 3 for this one. This was one of the WODS originally from the Mid-Atlantic Qualifier that our guys went to.

Straight setted the deads for two rounds, but I think it killed my doubles. Dropped a few seconds, but I have lots of room to improve.
