Stiff but better than expected. What's the replacement WOD with all this rain? Because clearly were not running in the rain;)

Buss, no man CHOCOLATE and yes there is melting. Like a delicate flower, in need of care and concern here, people.

Rain, sleet, snow... We are not the postal delivery service. LOL. Why do I feel like no one understands? Why?

I feel like Quasimodo (sp?) I have got a huge knot in my upper back and can barely turn my head!

BDD, thanks for the vid of burpee box jump.

Julia, it helps to land the box jump and then turn and do the burpee so your side is facing the box instead of your head, then after the burpee (down and up) turn and jump onto the box. That was just alot of words..sorry.

Eida, I have to tell you about this awesome t-shirt slogan I saw, I think I may have told you about it...it goes like this "SUCK IT UP BUTTERCUP :)" (K. Bergman that was for you!)

Tanya I have been sucking it up! That's why I need to get back in the gym in the first place.

On a side note my back is starting to hurt like Hades.

What is the required weight on the run? KB/DB/PLATE?
