1-4-10 "Un-even Grace"

For time:
30 Un-even Clean and Jerks (135/85- Floor to overhead)

Men 45lb bar with 50lbs on one side and 40lbs on the other
Women 15lb bar with 40lbs on one side and 30lbs on the other

*rule with grip- must be centered on the bar every lift. You may not favor the heavier side. After every 5 reps change your position on the bar so the heavier weight rotates from your right side to your left side.

Wait 3 minutes then using the same format complete:

For time:
30 Un-even Front Squats
