10-20-10

On the minute for 15 minutes:

3 OHS
3 Push Press
rest time left
Weight 135/95

*After each round record your rest time. (record the number of seconds left) Your score will be the number of rds you complete plus the fastest time finished or most amount of over after all 15rds.

*For those not able to finish 15 rds record the round you reached before falling from the minute then record your total rds completed in the entire 15minutes.

Ever look in the mirror after changing your diet and working out like a maniac. Keith has continued to work hard at Apex since Sept 09'. and now he has changed his way of eating and the lbs are falling off. Keep up the great work and continue and continue to motivate others to do the same.

Keith tonight when you walked in to the 6pm class I could have sworn you were wearing someone elses clothes. Dude it is time to start shopping for a few sizes smaller. I think you might be able to start rocking the tights soon!!! You are looking great. Keep up the dedication.

Gotta love the picture it is like the right side is looking down at the left side and laughing at the old YOU.

Nice job Keith. I remember coming back to Crossfit after a brief hiatus and thinking you're looking different (in a slimmer way). RESULTS!!!

Nice work brother!
Soon it'll be a race to see who sheds their shirt first? Stefan? Corey? or Keith Berg's?

Nice work Keith...Buss that comment about the shirts is hysterical.

On another note...Why do you guys hate our shoulders so much? Did they offend you in some way?

Thanks for all the kind words – I do appreciate them. In all honesty, it’s been a lifestyle change for me that began Labor Day weekend 2009 and continues. What I have done I certainly didn’t do alone and have the CrossFit Apex Community and my family to thank. All I had to do was follow the advice and the results happened. It wasn’t easy, but it has been and continues to be a lot of fun. For anyone who thinks they are destined to be overweight and uncomfortable in living their life, I am here to tell you that it does NOT have to be… Thanks again!

Interesting WOD tonight, did the Apex posted WOD, my shoulders where trash from the last 2 nights WODS I did so I ended up reducing the weight and did 95lbs for both, definitely should have gone heavier on the Push Press, but for OHS this was the best I could muster up.

Steven 95lbs/15 Rounds/649
Zakk 95lbs/15 Rounds/570

Feeling adventurous we did a 1000m Row to cap it off.

p.s. Kyle successfully completed a 42" box jump last night, almost hit his head on the garage ceiling...
