i think i'm gonna skip this one and do a workout at home, i don't think my back can handle the deads and wallballs

hmmmm. I guess I should haven't done those Deadlifts and wallballs last night!

Tried this one out this morning. Took last week off since I hurt my knee. We'll see how the day goes. I went easy on it Tues, but today with wallballs, box jumps and burpees, it got a good beating. Of course, couldn't think about my knee too much because my nose hurt so bad from smashing it with the wallball on the second round! You gotta hate when the ball bounces off the wall wrong and slams into your face. If I make it to Ohio in one piece I'll be lucky. I may need an understudy, or a wheelchair, or both!
