6-30-10 "Not CFT"


CFT "CrossFit Total"

Only 3 attempts for each exercise:

Overhead Squat
Bench Press
Power Clean

Warm-up area will be upstairs, Lower section will be where your 3 attempts COUNT.

Starting thinking about your strategies:
1st lift- a decent score however, a SUCCESSFUL lift
2nd lift- Possibly your current PR or very close to your PR
3rd lift- 2nd lift successful ( GO FOR A NEW PR) 2nd lift unsuccessful retry your PR or something you can make a good attempt on between your 1st successful lift and your current PR.
