8-17-10 " 400m sandwich"












400m run
then
10-1 front squat
2-20 box jump 20"
*alternate front squat and box jump
then 400m run

Wow this is real tough one. I got real beat up had to dig deep and push through this WOD!!!!! Bring your A Game for this one, and a spare set of legs and lungs. My legs were shot half way through.

Definitely hits the legs hard however for me it was a muscular fight to keep the weight moving and string as many box jumps together at one time.

We'll stretch the hips and squats prior to tonights WOD especially for those of you who attempted Cindy yesterday.

This was hard no question. With alittle more sleep I think I could have shaved some time off. Rest and eating right seems to be one point i need to work on so my times get better. This workout shows that alot.
