8-31-10 "Bear Crawls"















15 min AMRAP of:

21 double unders
7 back squat
60 ft bear crawl

*All back squats will be completed from a rack. If you must re-rack the back squat or drop the back squat to the floor within your 7 reps you must complete an additional 60ft bear crawl to complete that round. CHOOSE YOUR BACK SQUAT WEIGHT WISELY
