then max wall ball 20/14 to 10'


*15sec rest between the start of each 90s
*1 minute rest between rds (after completing each of the 4 moves)

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Good job to those of you who showed up this morning. As we opened the doors to start the run we were surprised with SNOW!

There's nothing like running in the snow.

I slept thru the wod this morning so I did one at home:
11 min. AMRAP
-11 sit ups
-7 burpees
-5 turkish getups (5 ea. Arm)
Thought the turkish getups were only fair,, it is turkey day lol
