3 rounds for time:
7 front squats (heavy)
14 - 1 arm deadlifts 7 R, 7 L (medium)
1 rope ascent (WEAR HIGH SOCKS!)
* may use a rack for front squat however if weight is dropped you must do 15 burpees over bar in order to buy back into the workout ( no sandbagging on your fronts quats)
The new toys come into play!

If you never or haven't used a rope since Elementary School.....Be sure to wear high socks or long pants.
