1-10-11 "Lynne"


5 rounds

Max reps of body weight bench press
(No more than 3 min rest between bench press and pull ups)
Max reps of pull ups
(No more than 5 min rest between pull ups and bench press)

*if you can not do pull ups, ring rows will be substitution

Did not like how I did on the AF wod so I came home and did Lynne in the garage with 90sec breaks between exercises.
Bench 20, 14,10, 8, 9
Pull ups 40, 31, 26, 24, 21

180lbs on bench. Good wod. nice work tonight everyone.
