I was so tired after this I took a nap. It was epic.

I only needed two more minutes in this workout. Was on 2's when time was up.

I tried this one after classes today. That was not as much fun as it was writing the workout. Really dizzy the first couple of rounds.

Couldn't make it in for "freaks", but I grabbed a Kettlebell and rings and came up with...

i can't even begin to describe the pain my upper body is feeling today. i also went home and napped post workout. this will have to be a repeat so that some of us can aspire to finish!!

I am still sore this morning after Saturdays workout and I did ROM! I LOVE IT! I wasn't able to nap on Saturday but I took Sunday as my rest day and did NAP....blamed it on the Circus Freaks!
