Lord and Lady - week 5
Doors open at 7:30 am
Standards start promptly at 8 am
Immediately after - WOD 1 Kicks off - PLEASE BE EARLY!!
Each athlete will be assigned a station, you will have 2 minutes to complete the required amount of work. If you fail to complete the required amount, you will not DNF. The amount of work you completed will count towards your score. You will then have 2 minutes rest and also act as a counter/coach/judge for another athlete.
All athletes will work their way through 3 WOD's and then come together for a 4th WOD.
Fast and Furious
WOD 1 - 500 meter row
WOD 2- 50 KBS 35/26
WOD 3- 50 Wall-Balls 20#-10ft/14#-8ft
WOD 4- Mystery WOD
Standards:
Wall-Balls- Hip crease below knee and the ball must hit above the line
KBS-the bell must be above your head with knees & elbows locked. Ears must be visible in front of bicep.

Hi everyone!!
I am part of a Committee for the "Relay for Life" at work (Montgomery County Community College). I am interested in forming a team and wanted to see if anyone from Apex (family, friends, etc included) would like to join with me. This is a great event to raise money for cancer. I have not created the team yet on the website.

What are the tie-breakers for these WODs? Fasters time. For example, the 500m row, many people will be able to do this in under 2 minutes, so does the fast team win, or would everyone be tie?
Just wondering.
So when are these competitions over? Are we going back to regular classes on saturdays at some point?

Lord and Lady - WOD NAME- "Fast and Furious"- fastest time will be the winner for all 4 events! If you do not finish in the 2 minutes, your reps will count towards your score.
I would like to run another Lord and Lady before Sectionals begin. What do you guys/gals think?
I'm good now! The inspection is over. Planning on being there in the AM tomorrow. Need to catch up from missing this whole week!
