Here's a little free legal advise, destroy that picture as it will be used against you! I can see it now...The Commonwealth v. Cross fit Apex, charges are cruelty to these poor arms. How do you plead? I suggest GUILTY.

No way Erik :) I pay good money to go to this gym & let's be honest it's totally self inflicted. I'm sure I'd get locked up in a loony bin for doing this workout before Apex would ever get in trouble for programing it !!
