Perfect timing! This is THE WEEK to plant tomatos, peppers, eggplant, squash...and there are plenty of vitamin rich greens everywhere like dandilions, stinging nettle and garlic mustard. delicious. we can make homemade tomato sauce in September if you start planting soon!
