Snatch Ladder
50sec of work 10 sec of rest/move
Womens Bars 15, 25, 35, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65
Mens Bars 65, 75, 85, 95,100,105,110,115
Everyone will complete 2x through the snatch lifts or up through the weights they are able to snatch. Athletes will wait until everyone has finished their first time through before starting round 2.
Athletes are scored on total amount of weight moved in their 2 trips through the snatch bars.
Within the 50 sec of work athletes may complete as reps as they feel possible before moving to the next bar. Every rep successfully completed is weight added to your total score.
