Thanks for post Bus (meaning the picture...baby got back)! All are welcome on Saturday. We will be having wods at 8am and 9am for experienced crossfitters and then a wod at 11am for newbies. After that we will be hanging out all day. We just got ourselves a ping pong table so anybody with some skills come represent. Good luck to those doing the AWESOME wod!

LARYNN! Before you do anything... Please survey people and their ink!
Question:
How old were you when you received you first tat? Do you still like your first?

Think of all the styles that have come and gone....Mr. Wagner use to rock Z cavarichi's, Erock was 100 miles and running and I sported dreadlocks in my youth.

Larynn, heed Mr. Bussom's warning!

Question:
How old were you when you received you first tat? 17 without parents permission
Do you still like your first? No, nor the second

As for style regrets - my 90's bangs that required half a can of Aquanet.

But definite style I wish would come back, those BUM equipment sweatshirts that would change color, they were sweet!

I just wish tight rolling jeans would come back already.

Talking about naive tattoo choices...My first tattoo I got when I was 18 in the Army and just flipped through a book and pointed to a banana and said "Hey, NO ONE will have this!" Ironically 14 years later I run off of 50% bananas!! And I have never seen another banana tattoo =)

TYPO...the filming for HQ will be TONIGHT, thursday not tomorrow. Josh wrote this last night :) it was late :) Just wanted you to know if you will be in tonight and wanted to wear your cute socks and matching headband...yes Mitch I'm talking to you!

As for the tattoo comments, cracked me up when I read Teresa's Aquanet bangs, dude it took me years to get off of them...I think it was the chemicals in the aquanet...that cant' be good for the lungs!

And Shanna, if there is anyone who can bring back the tight roll, it's you! and a banana tattoo, no way! Had no idea ;)

LaRynn, please listen to all of these pieces of advice, they share because they care :)

I have a lower back tattoo of my daughters name I got when I turned 18.. wouldn't change it.. if anything maybe the location since it is now referred to as the tramp stamp.. I have another tattoo I got in college of hour glass and wings (time flies) on my right Achilles which I still love.. I love them but before I get them I always think about how it will look when pregnant, in a wedding dress, bathing suit and when older and if the meaning/picture is any sort of fad.. stay away.. Good Luck :)

Larynn, I was able to cut my mullett off and remove my earings (yes, multiple)...cant do that with a tattoo. Having said that I have contemplated a little ink myself. Does anybody have any ink suggestions for me? Name across my neck maybe???

Erock, I like the name idea, what about on the inside of you lip?
or
E-R-O-K across your knuckles

I've always liked tattoos and wanted them but it took me until the summer after my senior year in college to find something I really wanted. I will probably have more added in the future, but since I'll have a long time to enjoy them for (forever) I'm not in a rush ha.

I never wanted a tattoo. My dad always used to warn me, "they are permanent--think of how they will look when you are 80 and have saggy skin." Now they are just too trendy, I feel like a trendsetter NOT having one. LOL.

That being said, I do like them on certain people!!

Teresa--I don't think I knew you had a tattoo??

Larynn I got a tattoo when I was 18 of WAGS on my shoulder, I got another when I was in college and I just got three more last year. I will continue to get more as my lovely wife approves. I love tattoos but make sure what you choose you want forever and choose a location that works for you.

no pictures of snoopy or scooby doo!
