WOD: - 14# WB, 55# SDHP - Dropped weight to 45# @ RD 11 - Wall Balls felt good, form needs some fine tuning @ the heavier weight but I felt more in control compared to the last WOD @ 14# - The suffering began at round #7 - The "make it stop" voices in my head started @ round 10
Thanks to the guidance from Coach Julia to drop the weight to 45# as my form was breaking down.
Great Work 5 and 6ers! Everyone, I mean everyone completed all 20 rds with at least 25 secs to spare each round. Kudos to Austin M. for stepping up to every challenge I threw at him within the wod. Pre Warm-up: 31 consecutive pull-ups. 2 short of my PR. My goal is 40 - before the open. I also want to get a muscle-up going before the open.
Warm-up: 140# FS. Tried 150# and failed. Tried 145# and failed. I got the legs of a long distance runner. Did 120# during the 10 minutes of front squats and double unders. My double unders are terrible.
WOD: 14# wall ball. 55# SDHP. Felt strong the whole way through - all 20 rounds. I should have went 65# on the SDHP.
Lot of snatch work for warm up. failed 195 again as well as 200. Pr'd front squat to 265# pumped about that.
for the wod with some persuasion from bus and blake I went up to 95# on the sumo and used a 25# wall ball. rounds 1-15 did 5 reps. rounds 16-20 did 8 reps of everything.

20 rounds 14/45. had a little trouble hitting the 10' as usual.
