That a boy Cody. Get more comfortable in the bottom of your squat and you'll be over 150 before you know it. Congrats to Zim today who hit a huge goal of 200lb snatch!

Almost had a snatch PR today myself! Maybe in a few weeks..congrats to all who got some PR's!
Hit 100lb
3:50-at 60lbs
Finally completed the judges course after 3 hours. WAS NOT expecting it to take up a good chunk of my Saturday but once I started I couldn't stop....I highly suggest doing it, though.

135# Squat Snatch, huge PR especially with the trouble I've had with landing in the squat!

4:38 80#, dropped the bar twice which was totally unacceptable - thanks to Josh for calling me on it!

Hit a PR 1 rep max snatch in warm up #225. Technique needs work, still pulling way to early. If i can get that I think that I have another 25-30 pounds.....
