Tweaked to do at home - 7rds flat. I used 10# dbs which was ok for the sdhp bc my back hated each one, but I should've used my bar for the pp since that was way too easy. Did flr dips and subbed out jumps for 7 laps around my house. Dying to get back to the box...

Floor dips
Struggled with SDHP coordination - felt super awkward through the movement. Push press felt great - thanks Wags for getting me thinking about just cycling through them.
Games Class:
1. 175# front squat (pr)
2. 125# snatch grip jerk

4. 105# snatch balance
5. 110# squat snatch (PR!)
6. 5 rounds with 25# db and red band for ring dips.
All of those lifts did not feel good on my shoulder, but Thank You Josh for pushing me just that little bit at the end! Thanks to you I hit that PR!
