Confidence you already did the work to get the bar over your head. Just like Austin and Erica did tonight. Shout out to both Austin hit 170 snatch PR, Erica 110 snatch PR. Both stepped up to the bar with confidence and hit that S#$T!

Nice work 6 am! We hit some new PRs with presses in warm up today. Yay!

Bernadette, we were in the 7 mins.. so you got 7:30 I got 7:42(ish).. 125# FS, 35# KB, 24 in, 14# to 10ft.. Felt really tight in my back this morning.. 5 X 125# PP (Think I could have gotten more but ran out of time, and wasn't lose)

I freeze framed the video several times and the only thing I would suggest is to generate speed sooner. You supposed to speed up when you get to the knees and it appears the speed starts mid thighs. Otherwise looked solid to me!

I also think I need to engage my hamstrings so that I'm not in my toes, that's how I lost it. Thanks everyone for the advice.
This one wasn't that bad until the wallballs. I think I overextend my head so I can't breathe when I do them! So frustrating.

1. 175 clean complex...happy with this. Feel like my cleans are improving.

Nina, I was about 3 seconds or so behind you going into the wall balls, and ended up finishing 1:24 behind you. I'm going to have to really push it to the limit if I'm going to keep up with Nina and Bernadette!
