I freeze framed the video several times and the only thing I would suggest is to generate speed sooner. You supposed to speed up when you get to the knees and it appears the speed starts mid thighs. Otherwise looked solid to me!
I also think I need to engage my hamstrings so that I'm not in my toes, that's how I lost it. Thanks everyone for the advice. This one wasn't that bad until the wallballs. Nina, I was about 3 seconds or so behind you going into the wall balls, and ended up finishing 1:24 behind you. I'm going to have to really push it to the limit if I'm going to keep up with Nina and Bernadette!
