10 Min OTM: Odd OHS 95 X 5,5,5,4,4 ; even Squat Snatch 75 X 5

Main WOD was definitely tough and very mental.. Started with the Rx weight dropped after 7th PJ (in first set of 10 PJs) and couldn't even clean it back up.. Dropped to 115 for remainder of WOD.. Ended with 8 pull ups on the set of 20 pull ups. Thanks Clayton for pushing me through this!! (Especially since I was the only 6amer!!) Its hard to lift my phone at this point.. Good Luck!

Did Pressed Ham this morning.
Finished 12 rounds using 65#. Felt good to keep moving.

19:08 85# and halved reps of banded pull-ups. I have to say that after not doing a WOD in almost a week this felt awesome ha, I was grateful to get to halve the pull-ups to really focus on heavier lifting!

Also they posted the rep scheme for the first Meadowland WOD and it is awesome! Still time to sign up teams and practice football throws with us ;)
