Just did the filthy 50 due to time. This workout really tested my drive to finish. This was the first time in a while that i thought i might not be able to complete the workout. Just had to keep moving. 28:43 - used 35# KB.
1. 2 frnt sqts + 2 jerks- 155, 185, 225, 235, 255- missed 2nd jrk
2. 5 rds- on 2 min- 3 mu's, 5 cleans 225#, 7 burpees
1:00, 1:16, 1:24, 1:48, 1:57
