13.1 is in the books.....How's everyone feel?

3 Power cleans 135/95
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

*1 min rest between rds

Only full rds count except for final rd count all rds and reps (ex score: 4,4,4,4,4+7)

Try not to waste even a second during each 3 minute round. I made that mistake and missed round 19 by 1 air squat:(

78# 3,3,3,3,3+12. I probably should teach my quads what fast squats are, but by rd 3 they were pulling on my back and deteriorating my clean form regardless... Sorta wish that subsequent rounds would have picked up where you stopped; more incentive to push to first 4rds?

I think I could have pushed for 5 the first round but I thought I was going to get capped at like 7 squats. This would have been much harder if it was total reps each round.
