I don't think Castro would repeat 2 WOD's....I am thinking sometype of pullup(C2B) and sqt cleans.
I'm with Julia, maybe not Fran but something creative with pull-ups and thrusters.

Didn't finish the WOD, but did well against myself today.First WOD with DUs, did 25 with singles between. Resistant band pullups (first time using a band and not jumping), and 50# for the front squats.Could hardly get my arms to throw a DU on the last set, only got a few out.
