Substituted 15 burpees for du, and ring rows for pu

I don't think Castro would repeat 2 WOD's....I am thinking sometype of pullup(C2B) and sqt cleans.

Didn't finish the WOD, but did well against myself today.

First WOD with DUs, did 25 with singles between. Resistant band pullups (first time using a band and not jumping), and 50# for the front squats.

Could hardly get my arms to throw a DU on the last set, only got a few out.

Those jump ropers are ridiculous.
13.4 looks rough. I don't know if I'm going to get a single rep. If I do, it will be a PR.
