Hurt toe, substituted 500M row for every 400M run. Four 500M rows got me.
Also thought that I missed 24 reps so I did 48 burpee pullups after. Obviously that was incorrect. Oh well.
Crazy workout. I also enjoyed the warm up, fun stuff!
Row-sdhp - 3:38/3:52. 45#.
Run-box jumps - 3:55/4:00. Did 24" the first time and 20" the second time. Nothing like the promise of a punishment to get you moving as the clock winds down.
Worked up to 195 for the squat clean double in warm up.
