Since I couldn't make it today to do Clovis, I am planning on doing it on Sunday for Open Gym. But because open gym is an hour I will be locked into doing a big chunk of the run first. I will be starting at 10:45m. Anyone want to join me? By the sounds of everyone else's post, there will probably be a repeat of the face on the Double Clutch front page by the time I am done with Clovis. But looking forward to knocking this one out. I really wanted to be there with you all doing it.
Yeah, I wimped out at home and only did 35#!!! I say only because I finished in 4:33!!! I did this at home today! Should have at least kept the 45# I had on the bar when I started! but then thought it just felt too heavy! Boy, was I wrong!
Well, I started with 65# and all was going well until Josh walked over and threw on another 15#!! Then it became one at a time. 6:15 65#/80# Thanks, Josh....you know me toooo well!! ;)

I'm scaling down to the 11# empty bar for both movements.
