That was a great team WOD
Time 11:39
45#
Team: Tony, Monica and Tim
12:38 @ 75# with Dan and Anthony. These guys carried me through the thrusters I was gassed a couple of sets in.
Strength Work:
- 3RM SQ CLN > 130# [PR]
- 1RM SQ CLN > 140# [PR]
Thanks, Tony and Tim. Awesome team wod. You guys rock!
Monica C.
Bus I wish I could! I think the earliest I could get there would be 11, just can't make it work :/
Worked with Jake and Dan O.
We fell 3reps short at the Cap. RX. Great work boys!
Also PR'd in the warm up. Thought my weight was 155 which would have been a 5lb PR. Counted my weight after we posted on the board and realized when I got back to the bar I was at 165lbs. Oh Happy Day!
11:47 55# with Bekah and Kevin. Good job team!!
Paired with Devon 6:35 with 100 reps and 3 burpees at 45#. In general that weight was too light for only 100 but my back wasn't up for high volume/heavy weight. Still a fun workout :)
Partnered with Chris K. and Scott
9:54 RX
Stellar job all around tonight
Chris M. Is also in over 37 and needs a partner. Hes the man
In the warm-up: 3 RM on the hang squat cleans: 125#.
12:38 @75# partnered with Rob and Anthony.
Rob, Anthony, I had a bad strategy. We should have just went EMOM with the thrusters That would have given us a little rest between the burpee box jumps and the thrusters.
