6/14/14- Triple Threat

In House Comp- Triple Threat
Triple Threat Updates:
1. Doors will open @ 8am
2. Standards will be reviewed @ 8:45 
3. 1st WOD will kick off at 9:10


WOD 1 - Keep it Rolling
15 min AMRAP
56 reps- Hang Cleans 95M/65F/45J
34 reps- Power Cleans 135M/80F/60J
53 reps- OH Lunges 45M/25F/15J
68 reps- Burpees
* All athletes may work at the same time

WOD 2- 3's Complex
Max lbs moved by each team
Oldest athlete works for 7 min
Middle athlete works for 6 min
Youngest athlete works for 5 min
Complex- deadlift+hang sqt clean+jerk
*Teams must pick one weight for all three athletes to use
*bar must stay in hand for entire complex and maybe dropped after the jerk

WOD 3 
For time:
100 power snatch 75/45/35
80 toes to bar
60 squat snatches 65/35/25
40 deadlifts 185/135/95
20 wall climbs
