What if we don't sign up for babysitting and bring our kids anyway? Is babysitting for certain ages? Younger kids maybe?

25:00 - made it through 400m and 13 pullups in the last round.

800m, 800m, 400m/PU/26#

The run and the full number of regular pull-ups killed me. I was too slow with both.

Baby sitting is just for infants to 4yrs old. Kids above 4 are same rules as before. They may be outside , kids room or sitting on leather chairs.

Joined the Rooster Crew at Crossfit Cape Cod this morning before heading home.
WU: work up to 80% of 1 RM of Front Squat. My 80% would be 190 but I only got up to 165# for 5 reps.

WOD:
3 Rounds For Time
10 Squat Cleans 135/95
20 Box Jumps 24/20

I did 24" box and 95# in 9:05
