83/73/75 = 230
10# ball & 55# bar
went light on the ball because it's a weakness & I didn't want to stop a lot.

Warm up: 215# BS. WOD: 98/104/88. Total reps 290 Rx. Second time doing fight gone bad and I'm pretty sure this time around I did 70-80 more reps than last time. Good to join the roosters again.

Warmup: 165# (80% of 1RM) BS

WOD: 241 (94/76/71)
- Ladies Rx

Looking forward to giving that WOD another shot, some definite areas where I could load up on more reps.

Bow is getting steamy, the sweat stopped rolling down my back at 9:22.

255# BS during WU

First time trying FGB: 238 total; 98/69/71 Rx

Absolutely died after the 1st round... I just tried to be consistent with rounds 2 & 3... Definitely want another go at at that WOD.

WU: 205# BS

WOD: 254 RX (108/72/74)

I have only used a 20# WB a few times. Felt pretty good starting out with it and knocked out a good amount of reps. But the second and third rounds WB really declined and hurt the overall reps for them and other things afterwards. I think I will be using the 20# ball more to get more accustomed to it.

78/67/71 = 216 10#/45#. this is less reps than I got last year, but I used a heavier weight for my SDLHP and didn't step the box jumps this time :)
