Who- For those going into 5th grade through anyone who just finished 9th grade.
No CrossFit Experience needed.

What- You will be getting the experience of CrossFIt, learning to be healthy all at the same time having Tons of Fun.

Skills (squat, deadlift, press, thruster, clean, gymnastics movements etc.)
Games (relays, challenges, CF baseball, dodgeball, etc.)
Mobility (bands, rollers, LAX balls, etc.)
Nutrition (carbs vs. fat vs. protein)
Recovery (sleep, nutrition, mobility)
