Swim WOD 6/23
Did some step ups on the starting blocks during a short warm-up before doing some treading challenges.
The warm-up was followed by about 15 minutes of freestyle drill work before attacking the actual WOD, which I called...
"Time Bomb II"
Each swimmers completes 25 yard laps on progressively faster intervals, which start at 1:30.
For instance, first 25 must be completed in 1:30, the second must be completed in 1:25, third on the 1:20, etc.
Objective is to successfully complete as many intervals as possible.
When an interval is not completed the swimmer is "out" and has the remainder of the 5 minute workout to complete as many laps as possible.
Score is last interval successfully completed + laps completed in remaining time.
Big ups to both Mark D. and Rachel K. who successfully completed the :25 interval!
