6/25/14- Ghost

Reminder that CrossFit Apex kids (2nd-5th grade) classes are meeting 2x per week through August 22nd on Mondays at 9am and Thursdays at 5pm. Membership info can be found under rates tab on website.

6 rounds of:
1 minute of rowing
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of double-unders
1 minute rest

Try for as many reps as possible of EACH exercise, not just total score. Post separate totals of calories rowed, burpee reps and double-under reps completed to comments

Rope: 426 singles (did the first minute of singles unbroken! I think that is the first time that happened) I really wanted to do doubles, but I am glad that did singles
