Couldn't string the DU's after the 100 WB's. Singles took forever though...killed my time.

DNFs are that more frustrating when you finish within seconds from the cap; I think my time was between 5-10 secs after cap.

WB's were real tough, pleased that I am starting to get DU's better although have a lot of work still. 400m plate carry was more like a speed walk...ugh could barely muster a job here and there.
